We provide mobile tyre fitting, replacement, and related roadside assistance services, including:

• Emergency and 24 hour mobile tyre fitting
• Out of hours and call out tyre replacement
• Motorway and roadside tyre assistance

We aim to reach customers within 30 minutes of a call, wherever possible. However, actual response times may vary depending on traffic, weather, location, and demand, and are not guaranteed.

3. Booking and Payment

• All prices are confirmed with you before work begins. There are no hidden charges.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

• Quotes given over the phone are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual tyre condition or requirements differ once our technician arrives.

4. Tyres and Parts

• We carry a range of tyre brands and sizes on our vans, but availability of a specific brand, size, or budget tier cannot always be guaranteed at the time of call out.
• If your exact tyre is not in stock, we will inform you of the best available alternative before fitting.
• All tyres fitted meet UK legal safety standards.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide the service safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate location and description of your vehicle issue
• Ensure safe access to your vehicle, particularly on roadsides or motorways
• Follow any safety instructions given by our technician on arrival

6. Liability

• We take reasonable care and skill in performing all tyre fitting services.
• We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage unrelated to the service provided.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or road closures.

7. Cancellations

If you no longer require our service after booking, please contact us as soon as possible on 07407 862275. If our technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at your location, a call out charge may apply.
